60-Days of YOU! Fitness Challenge begins April 21 and runs through June 19 – eight weeks of fitness that will take the guesswork out of getting fit and strong, and establishing a results-driven exercise routine. Everyone who participates will reap the benefits of having their own personal trainer —Coach Cassandra, with over 14 years experience training moms—to help YOU create a consistent, effective workout routine. And of course, you’ll have the motivation and camaraderie that comes with all AMC programs!

This 60-Days of YOU! Fitness Challenge will focus on fitness, establishing self-care practices, and offer general wellness tips—just like all of AMC’s previous fitness challenges, plus more! If you would like a complete nutrition program with the 60-Days of YOU! Fitness program, you may choose to add-on Coach Katie’s nutrition program, $175.



The 60-Days of YOU! Fitness program will help you achieve measurable increases in strength and endurance, which can help you increase your metabolism and torch body fat. Each Fit & Fab training session provides high-intensity, interval-based exercises that will provide maximum calorie burn and reduce inches from your waistline.

60-Days of YOU! Summertime Fitness Challenge Includes:

  • 8 Fit & Fab Small Group Training sessions

  • Register online for the 60-Days of YOU! Fitness program ($370).
  • Once you are enrolled, every participant will need to register for a Fit & Fab session to complete fitness assessments on one of the following dates: Sat April 21 (7:30am or 9:30am), Mon April 23 (7:30pm), Tue April 24 (9:45am) or Wed April 25 (7:30pm); and again on Sat June 16 (7:30am or 9:30am), Mon June 18 (7:30pm), Tue June 19 (9:45am) or Wed June 20 (7:30pm).
    • Please note, initial fitness assessments will take place the week of 4/21/18. This hour-long session will count as one training session from your package of 8 sessions.

Q: How is this 60-Days of YOU! Fitness Challenge different from 60-Days of YOU! Fitness & Nutrition program? 

A: This 60-Days of YOU! Fitness Challenge does NOT include Coach Katie’s Nutrition program. The 60DOY Fitness Challenge now gives moms the option to participate in just the fitness portion of 60-Days of YOU! Breastfeeding moms, or moms with special dietary concerns may desire to participate in just the Fitness Challenge. The two programs are overlapping.

Q: Is this fitness challenge about weight loss? 

A: No, it doesn’t have to be, (but it may be a nice side-effect). Some women do choose weight loss as their personal fitness goal for the Challenge, but your personal fitness goal could be anything you want accountability to work towards. Women see more results with body measurements rather than weigh-ins on a scale. Example of personal fitness goals in previous challenges: one mom worked towards increasing her upper body strength and had a personal goal to complete 10 push-ups at the end of the 60 days. Another mom desired accountability to complete three workouts each week, and another who wanted guidance to complete her first 5k.

Q: Do I have to weigh myself and do pictures/measurements? 

A: We realize taking pictures and weigh-ins may not be desirable. The documentation of your weight and ‘before’ images will tell a very powerful story at the end of 8-weeks. You will be excited to SEE the changes in your body. Documentation is required.  

Q: There are 8 training session in the package. Can I participate in Fit & Fab training more than once a week? 

A: Absolutely! AMC offers six different training times each week for your convenience and flexibility. Make your own schedule and participate when you like, as often as you like. To reserve your training time for more than 8 sessions you’ll have to buy a new Fit & Fab Training package. A package of 5-sessions, $200; 10-sessions, $370.

Q: How will I be held accountability throughout this program?

A: Coach Cassandra will have weekly, fun mini-challenges along the way to help you stay on track. These mini-challenges will offer an opportunity to score points. At the end of the program, we’ll have some sweet prizes to award! More details to come on those fabulous prizes!

Q: The 60-Days of YOU! package includes 8 Fit & Fab training sessions. Do I have to schedule the same training time each week? What if I can’t make it one week?

A: Our program is set up to be flexible for moms. You can make your own schedule and train when you want, as frequently as you like. You have up to 12-hours in advance to early cancel your session and reschedule for another date/time. A cancelation within 12-hours in considered a ‘late cancel’ and a forfeit of your session. If you can’t make it one week, schedule two sessions for another week. We would like you to participate in Fit & Fab training at least once a week in order to get in your resistance training and have in-person time with Coach Cassandra. All 8 sessions must be completed before June 20. Any unused sessions will be forfeited after 6/20/18.
