In Katie’s experience, connecting to the fullness of your intention and understanding the roadmap is the key to sustainable change. That is why this is not a “calorie counting program”. We will check in with caloric intake, but maintaining your new physique after these 60-days will be based on two things: 1) your level of awareness and self-care/love 2) your hormonal environment. Think of metabolism as the sum of your hormonal communication. Our aim in each week’s additions is to shift the internal environment so your outer world is expressing what you desire!
These next 60-days are about YOU. Become a witness to what holds you back, what overpowers you, where you have control, and where you need structure. Establishing a healthy relationship with food can be an incredible gateway to accessing a sense of freedom in your life. As we explore together, you will likely find your body to be a very poignant messenger.
On September 8—one week before the program begins—Coach Katie will send each client her Active Evolution food list. Take it to the grocery store, purchase only the foods listed (for your own consumption), and you will be set up for Week #1. If you have questions about any foods not listed, please post to the FB forum. Everyone will benefit from the discussion of why an unlisted food is also acceptable or not.
Coach Katie will also include a list of all the other products, foods, supplements that she will mention during the program. You can purchase any of these in advance or make the decision when we get to that space of the program.
