60-Days of YOU! begins January 13 and runs through March 13 – eight weeks of fitness and nutrition guidance that will take the guesswork out of slimming down, getting fit and establishing a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Everyone who participates will reap the benefits of having TWO personal coaches to help YOU create a map to your new healthy habits and create a strategy to make them stick. And of course, you’ll have the motivation and camaraderie that comes with all AMC programs!

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
60-Days of YOU! will be delivered by two different coaches. Coach Cassandra and Coach Katie will be working synergistically to deliver measurable results to you through AMC’s Fit & Fab training sessions to increase your strength and endurance, and online through nutrition and wellness coaching to change your body composition.
Coach Katie Petersen is a nutrition counselor, strength coach, and energy healer. She believes food is about nourishment, not restriction. Getting the food “right” is paramount for successful weight loss but is also a determinant for how you feel in your body each and every moment—not just when you step on a scale!
60-Days of YOU! Package Includes:
- 8 Fit & Fab Small Group Training sessions

- ‘Before & After’ body measurements & pictures
- Personalized fitness assessment at the beginning and end of program

VIRTUAL 60-Days of YOU! package: $189
This virtual package is intended for moms who do not live in the area to participate in AMC’s training. The virtual package does NOT include training sessions or fitness assessments.
The 60-Days of YOU! program is limited to the first 20 women who register. Registration will open Jan 1st. The VIRTUAL package is limited to the first 10 women. We do expect this program to sell out! If there are spots left after January 4, the package prices increase to $489 and $189 respectively.

TO GET STARTED
- Register for the 60-Days of YOU! program. Registration opens Monday, January 1st. THANK YOU FOR ALL WHO ARE PARTICIPATING—REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
- Ask to join the private Facebook forum “AMC’s 60 days of YOU!”. Once you’re added, introduce yourself and share your intention for these next two months.
- Once you are enrolled, every participant will need to register for a Fit & Fab session to complete fitness assessments on one of the following dates: Sat Jan 6 (7:30am or 9:30am), Mon Jan 8 (7:30pm), Tue Jan 9 (9:45am) or Wed Jan 10 (7:30pm); and again on Sat March 10 (7:30am or 9:30am), Mon March 12 (7:30pm), Tue March 13 (9:45am) or Wed March 14 (7:30pm).
- Please note, initial fitness assessments will take place the week leading up to the official start date of 1/13/18. This hour-long session will count as one training session from your package of 8 sessions.

Q: Can I do the virtual package if I live in Chicago?
A: We encourage you to sign up for the complete package if you live within a 10 mile radius to our training facility in Lincoln Park. AMC’s Fit & Fab training sessions will give you face-to-face time with Coach Cassandra and resistance training is a critical component to overall success. If you live in Chicago and prefer just nutrition coaching, you can reach out directly to Coach Katie to sign up for her one-on-one nutrition plan.
Q: Does the virtual package include fitness coaching/guidance?
A: We will post 1-2 short exercise video clips weekly on AMC’s 60-Days of YOU! private Facebook page/forum for you to supplement your own workouts.
Q: I’m currently breastfeeding, can I sign up for this program?
A: Yes! Coach Katie will give extra caloric allotment to those breastfeeding. Please note, your milk supply may initially decrease as your body adjusts to new nutrition program, and will level its supply back out within 14-21 days.
Q: How is the nutrition program delivered?
A: You will receive an email from Coach Katie when the program begins with a grocery list. All nutrition coaching, tips, questions, information will be disseminated through AMC’s 60-Days of YOU! private Facebook page/forum. You will need a FB account to participate.
Q: What can I expect once I register for this program? What will the first week look like?
A: We’ll be totally transparent, the first week may be a big transition for some, not-so-big for others. You’ll receive Coach Katie’s detailed nutrition program on Jan 13th on what specific foods you’ll need to stock up in your pantry. This is where the FB forum is super helpful, everyone will be asking questions and getting acquainted with her nutrition strategy, sharing recipes and ideas on how to structure the day regarding food/work/life, etc.
Every Sunday Coach Katie will post on our FB forum her nutrition info for the week so that you can do your meal planning.
Every Monday Coach Cassandra will post on our FB forum an exercise video clip to practice at home at least once during that week.
Tuesday – Saturday, both coaches will be checking in on FB and asking for your feedback, make a call-to-action, or post useful articles, fitness tips, recipes, etc.
The Facebook forum is an incredible valuable tool for this program. The more dialogue that is shared amongst AMC moms and coaches, the more we can help guide you.
Q: Do I have to weigh myself and do pictures/measurements?
A: We realize taking pictures and weigh-ins may not be desirable. The documentation of your weight and ‘before’ images will tell a very powerful story at the end of 8-weeks. You will be excited to SEE the changes in your body. Documentation is required.
Q: Will we get a chance to meet Coach Katie?
A: YES! Coach Katie will be with us at the opening assessment session on Saturday, January 6 at 7:30am. We will be giving participants in this session personalized fitness assessments, work through a 30-minute workout and Coach Katie will take the final 15 minutes to go through details of her initial email and ‘what to expect’. It’s would be great if we can get most participants to this session to meet Katie, but it’s not mandatory to do your initial assessment on this day. There are three other days to complete assessments (1/8- 1/11). Please note, Coach Katie will not be present during training on the other assessment sessions, just 1/6 @ 7:30am.
Q: There are 8 training session in the package. Can I participate in Fit & Fab training more than once a week?
A: Absolutely! AMC offers six different training times each week for your convenience and flexibility. Make your own schedule and participate when you like, as often as you like. To reserve your training time for more than 8 sessions you’ll have to buy a new Fit & Fab Training package. A package of 5-sessions, $200; 10-sessions, $370.
Q: How will I be held accountability throughout this program?
A: Both coaches have some fun mini-challenges along the way to help you stay on track. These mini-challenges will offer an opportunity to score points. At the end of the program, we’ll have some sweet prizes to award! More details to come on those fabulous prizes!
Q: If I have a current Fit & Fab training package, do I have to buy this 60-Days of YOU! package?
A: Yes, if you have a current F&F training package, you will need to buy the 60-Days of YOU! package, $489 that includes the nutrition program. You will NOT lose any F&F sessions in your current package. We will manually debit your account accordingly so you are scheduling the 8 F&F sessions that are included in this new package. Your other sessions will not expire and will be available to you to schedule once you complete the 60-Days of YOU! package.
Q: The 60-Days of YOU! package includes 8 Fit & Fab training sessions. Do I have to schedule the same training time each week? What if I can’t make it one week?
A: Our program is set up to be flexible for moms. You can make your own schedule and train when you want, as frequently as you like. You have up to 12-hours in advance to early cancel your session and reschedule for another date/time. A cancelation within 12-hours in considered a ‘late cancel’ and a forfeit of your session. If you can’t make it one week, schedule two sessions for another week. We would like you to participate in Fit & Fab training at least once a week in order to get in your resistance training and have in-person time with Coach Cassandra. All 8 sessions must be completed before March 14. Any unused sessions will be forfeited after 3/14/18.
