90-Day Fitness Focus
Our small-group training sessions are meant to provide a safe space for moms to refresh their fitness routine, challenge themselves and learn how to prioritize an active lifestyle. Chicagoland participants will meet at Goose Island Crossfit for 12 weeks of training with Coach Cassandra!

Over 55 women in our initial 60-day programs lost a collective 253 pounds, losing 0.5 to 3.0 inches in their hips & waists while participating in our Fit & Fab training sessions and following 60-Days of YOU! nutrition program. These programs were so successful—by demand, it’s been extended to 90 days with more one-on-one coaching.

Our virtual package is intended for moms who do not live in the Chicagoland area. The virtual program includes ALL nutrition elements but does NOT include Fit & Fab training sessions or personalized fitness assessments.

Q: For the initial measurements / photos… when does that take place? At the first Fit & Fab session or at another time?
A: Yes, measurements/photos and personalized fitness assessment will take place at your first F&F training session.
Q: Do people typically do one Fit & Fab session a week or do they buy extra classes and go multiple times a week for best results?
A: On average most women participate in one session per week, and about 40% participate twice a week. For ‘best’ results, the more you workout out, the better. If you know yourself well enough to know you won’t workout on your own, try to make it to 2 sessions each week. When your 12-sessions are finished (or all scheduled out in advance), simply buy a new 5, or 10-pack F&F package to continue to reserve your desired training time.
Q: Is there flexibility to come to training on a different day of the week if necessary?
A: Clients make their own schedule for Fit & Fab training. There are SIX sessions to choose from every week. You decide when and how often you desire to train. It’s requested to register in advance to reserve training time. Clients have 12-hours in advance to early cancel or reschedule sessions if needed. A cancelation within 12 hours of training time is considered a “late cancel” and the session is forfeited.
Each session can have up to 10 participants. Saturday at 7:30am is the most popular training time and can tend to go to a waitlist by Friday; otherwise all other sessions do not typically fill and clients could register a few hours prior to a session time if needed.
Q: Does the 90 days program support nursing moms? Do you adjust nutrition and/or activity?
A: The nutrition program is NOT a prescribed meal plan or a restrictive diet. The program helps YOU make better nutrition choices, by consciously making decisions to eat more nutrient dense foods, and consuming the ideal portions of fat, protein and carbs. Ultimately you may increase your milk production!
