We believe that workouts are not "one-size-fits-most," especially after baby. That’s why we keep class size small, so every mom receives the personalized attention she needs to make the most of every workout.
Our coaches are all certified personal trainers or equivalent and specially trained to assess and modify exercises based on moms' postpartum fitness level.
