Biceps, Babies & Buggiessm
– Advanced Saturday Session

Ready to kick it up a notch? New this summer Biceps, Babies & Buggies — Advanced is a high level fitness class for conditioned moms. This weekly 50-minute bootcamp workout is more intense, incorporates running, strength drills and compound exercises to increase strength and build muscular endurance.

Moms are welcome to attend class without child. If you bring your child to class, they must be at least six months old. A jogging stroller is required. We will be running. This class is not designed for pregnant women

Saturdays: 9:30am to 10:20am
June 5 – October 2, 2010

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS
– Mat or towel for ground exercises
– Exercise tubing & 3lb dumbbells
– Water

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
We will cancel class if there is severe rain or threat of severe weather. Please check your email an hour before class time for class cancellation.

Our class pass system is simple and very flexible to use:

First, click on “register” and you will be directed to our payment and reservation website.

bullet First time on our new site? Simply create a user account. Please be sure to use your current email address as this is how we communicate all class information to you.
bullet Once you are logged in, you will automatically be directed to Biceps, Babies & Buggies class schedule.
bullet Find the day, time and location you would like to attend. Click “sign up now!”
bullet The link will direct you to the shopping cart where you can purchase a drop-in, 5, 10, or 15-class pass.
bullet Once you have your class pass, reserve your space in your desired class(es).

A receipt will be automatically emailed to you for your purchase.

A 5-class pass is valid for six weeks, effective the first day you attend class.
bullet
A 10-class pass is valid for seven weeks, effective the first day you attend class.
bullet
A 15-class pass is valid for eight weeks, effective the first day you attend class.
