The end of the year is the hardest time to lose weight, but not for our moms! Fit & Fab’s 5-Pound Weight Loss Challenge concluded on November 25 – part of Active Moms’ Club Small Group Training workouts. Our moms were put to the challenge to lose five pounds in seven weeks beginning in October, final weigh-ins were the week before Thanksgiving.
It’s no surprise the women worked extra hard; they are all dedicated to get their body back after baby. The small group workouts provide high intensity, interval based exercises that deliver results, and foster camaraderie and motivation.
The women participating in the Challenge have children ranging from 5-months old to 5-years old, and a few moms are still breastfeeding. Their success varied from losing 5 pounds to 7.5 pounds!

NEXT WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
The same women who participated in the 5-Pound Weight Loss Challenge have been challenged to maintain their weight loss through the holidays. On January 4th we’ll kick-off a 90-Day Weight Loss Challenge. You’re invited to join us for your weight loss journey to get your body back after baby.
