October is Active Moms’ Club 5-year birthday and we celebrated yesterday with a free “Rock Your Core” class, raffle giveaways and refreshments at our favorite place, Athleta’s store. I am grateful and appreciate our gracious host & partner, Athleta, and all the moms who came out to celebrate our birthday. AMC is a supportive, fun, dynamic community of active moms because of you! Thank you for making it so special.

We had a fun mix of alumni, current AMC moms and moms new to the Club attend yesterday’s bash. Amongst them, some were expecting, newly postpartum, and lots of experienced moms in attendance. Everyone received a fitting workout to “Rock Your Core” and I think there are some sore tushies out there today too! he he he!
