HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER...

WHO? From the Core: Postnatal Recovery class is for you if you’re a new mom and have received clearance from your healthcare provider to start an exercise program.

This course is also ideal for moms who finished physical therapy and are seeking a safe exercise program to ease back into regular workouts. 

WHERE? We'll meet as a group for 4 live-streaming Zoom training sessions. During these 45 minute sessions, I will lead you through each exercise, offering cues and modifications for each exercise.

This is an interactive fitness class. And you'll have an opportunity to ask Coach Cassandra questions about fitness and nutrition, and chat with your fellow mamas.

WHEN? We'll meet on Thursdays at 11:30am–12:15pm CST for 4 weeks.

MEET COACH CASSANDRA

I’m Coach Cassandra, founder of Active Moms' Club, mom of twin boys, fitness and nutrition coach, and creator of From the Core: Postnatal Recovery class.

I know how overwhelming it is to safely return to exercise after having a child. Especially when there is a severe lack of guidance available to moms. This lack of information and misinformation about postnatal fitness is why I created this course over a decade ago!

1. What can I expect once I enroll in this program?

In four short weeks, you can expect to be stronger, have more energy and gain confidence in what your body can do, and connect with other fabulous new mamas! So, unless you already are feeling great and back to regular workouts couldn’t you benefit from a program to get you stronger?

2. I had a c-section, can I still participate?

Your doctor gave you the clearance to exercise, now is your time to feel better and safely move your body so that you are able to care for your little one with physical ease. You’ll gain confidence in your postpartum body and re-establish a healthy pattern of movement.

3. Is class size capped? How many women can enroll in a live-streaming session?

AMC prides itself in our small group training format. Yes, class sized is capped to no more than 12 moms. Our goal is to give every mom the attention she deserves. You will receive feedback on your form, modifications or progressions to any exercise so that you are getting a workout fitting for your fitness level.

4. I don’t have childcare, can my baby be with me for class?

Coach C loves babies! This is Active MOMS’ Club… of course we anticipate little ones to be present.

5. What if I miss a class?

It happens. You will have all the material you need to do the workout on your own to reap the benefits of the progressive class, plus access to Coach Cassandra to ask any questions you may have.

6. I feel self-conscious about my body and don’t love to exercise, but know I need to do something, is this class right for me?
