WHO? From the Core: Postnatal Recovery class is for you if you’re a new mom and have received clearance from your healthcare provider to start an exercise program.
This course is also ideal for moms who finished physical therapy and are seeking a safe exercise program to ease back into regular workouts.
WHERE? We'll meet as a group for 4 live-streaming Zoom training sessions. During these 45 minute sessions, I will lead you through each exercise, offering cues and modifications for each exercise.
This is an interactive fitness class. And you'll have an opportunity to ask Coach Cassandra questions about fitness and nutrition, and chat with your fellow mamas.
WHEN? We'll meet on Tuesdays at 11:00am–11:45am CST for 4 weeks.
